Happy Sunday, my dear readers; first, I will love to thank you guys so so much for your kind words and comments. It always makes my day seeing those sweet comments. :)
Today started off with church service and then I made spaghetti. Gosh! I could probably each spaghetti or any pasta everyday without getting tired of it--just love pasta!!! The rest of the day, I will probably go see a movie or just rent a movie and do the whole home date movie thing with bf ;-)
Hope you're having a great weekend--till then...
Au revoir!
xoxo

Sorry am so focused watching 2008 Summer Olympics Beijing. I am so impressed; now, can the next hosting country top this. Beijing has been on my travel list--such a great culture they have... I fell in love with the little kid in red singing. Tune in and watch. Will update you later.

This is what I wore today to run errands and get my favorite summer drink: strawberry smoothie with whip cream...yum!

Brief break

Monday, August 4, 2008

I had a great time at my trip to VA beach with bf and friends. It was a well needed fun time since I have been so busy with work and I haven't been to the beach this summer. I got to relax at the beach most of the day, did bike racing, and played soccer. In the evening, we saw a comedy show and strolled down the streets. I barely slept the night before we had to leave because my friend will not just let us girls sleep; so we all gossiped all night long--great girl talk :) Hope everyone had a great weekend. I am still suffering from fun withdrawal, please bear with me.

August baby!

Friday, August 1, 2008

It's first day of August, closer to fall--time where no one will stir at you like your crazy for wearing boots in the summer ;-) I got some stirs when I wore this outfit to rent a movie and to the mall. This bold guy at an express store actually stopped me and said, "boots in summer [with BIG grin], but you pulled it off"; I just added my thanks to his words and smiled away :). A lot of stiring always come with some of my outfit choices been that I live in MD where out of the box dressing comes with a BIG stir. Let them stir, my shadow will say ;-)
Have a nice weekend lovely readers, while I take my needed break to the beach.

Light Denim

I forgot about this dress for months now. I received it as gift last year but never wore it. Finally stumbled into it today and decided to put a twist to it with my never ending addiction to v-neck tops. Again, another reason for wearing the top was because the top part of the dress is too big--same story regarding the belt.

Am trying to post some fall items but still trying to figure out how to make clipboards. if i don't in a day or two, I will go ahead and post it as individual pictures. Anyone who can help?
:-S xoxo

Borrowed

Wednesday, July 16, 2008

Decided to go baggy and loose by borrowing bf's shirt over men's hanes v-neck tee. I just love hanes or any white loose v-neck shirt. I stock up on it from boys or men's section in walmart--always a great buy. They are great with shorts, pants, possibly alone and layered with a long cardigan, blazer, belt, and slouchy or ankle boots.

outfit: ninewest bag, h&m pants, borrowed shirt, hanes top

Ready for picnic ! ! !

As promised, here is what I wore to the picnic today. I forgot to take some pictures at the park because I was so busy watching the soccer game between the ladies and the guys. I took this picture before I left the house in a hurry.
It's quiet late and am pretty exhausted and can't seem to make up my words, so I have to go and get my beauty sleep. Nite!!!

Plaids

Friday, July 4, 2008

Dress it up like D&G
Ralph Lauren F08
House of Holland F08
D&G F08
Balmain F08

I have always loved the plaid look, it just reminds me of pre-K & Kinder garden school uniforms. Again, my grandma (RIP) always had some kind of plaid skirt; but I can't forget this plaid red jacket she had--if I could exactly crack my brain, she always wore it with this green loafers. Looking back, I believe some of my styles were influence my her.

Back to Plaids, I have noticed a lot of plaids in the Fall 08 runways, from designers like "House of Holland", "Balmain", "Ralph Lauren", and in D&G campaign.

Enjoy, Be safe
HAPPY 4TH :-)

Flight...0622

Tuesday, June 24, 2008

I have been quiet busy. I finally got a break, so I decided to tag along to a trip to Seattle. I thought the weather will be as warm as Maryland; but to my surprise, I met a cool to cold windy weather. I wonder how some people here are able to call this weather summer and at the same time wear shorts. My hats off to them...next time, weather channel on my top to do list. Well, I wore tights with my skirt, other outfits in my suitcase are far from warm.

Vest & Shirt: H&M, Skirt: Gift, tights: Express, glasses: Forever21, shoes: converse & Aldo
